How to see a record of emails sent to a customer
Forums:
Open the Users window. Click on the User Mail tab.
Limitations: At the moment, only the text of the email is shown, and not the attachments.
If you do not see the User window in your menu (simply type User in the search bar at the top of the window), then your role does not have access to this functionality.
